Vaccine Clinic May 22

Reported by on 5/3/21

District 204 and District 203 have collaborated with Jewel/Osco pharmacy to host a COVID-19 vaccine clinic from 8 am to 6 pm on Saturday, May 22 at Neuqua Valley High School, 2360 95th St., Naperville.

Jewel/Osco pharmacists will be administering the Pfizer vaccine, which requires two doses. Participants must be available on June 12 to receive the second dose. If a participant cannot make both dates, do not schedule an appointment.

Student participants aged 16-17 are required to have a parent/guardian complete a consent form prior to coming to the clinic. All participants must bring a form of identification.

Jewel/Osco anticipates this clinic will be able to offer the vaccine to 12-15-year-old students now that the FDA has approved the Pfizer vaccine for this age group. We will share information with parents once Jewel/Osco confirms this and makes online appointments available for 12-15-year-old students.

If you schedule an appointment, please use door #53 to enter the clinic.
